We operate the mobile application HouseKeepr (the "App"), including our web application, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and HouseKeepr, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors must have parental permission and supervision.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

- You will not use bots or automation
- You will not use the Services illegally
4. User Registration
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential.
5. Purchases and Payment
HouseKeepr is currently free to use.
We reserve the right to refuse orders and correct pricing errors.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Harvest data
- Defraud users
- Circumvent security
- Disparage the Service
- Harass others
- Use for commercial competition
- Advertise without permission
7. User Generated Contributions
Contributions may be visible publicly. You warrant they do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful.
8. Contribution License
By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them.
9. Mobile Application License
You are granted a limited license to use the App. You may not reverse engineer or use it commercially.
Apple and Google store terms apply where applicable.
10. Third-Party Websites and Content
We are not responsible for third-party websites or content.
11. Services Management
We reserve the right to monitor and remove content or restrict access.

13. Copyright Infringements
We respect intellectual property rights. Contact us for claims.
14. Term and Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice.
15. Modifications and Interruptions
We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

17. Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations: 30 days required before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Under AAA rules. Location: New Jersey, United States.
Restrictions: No class actions.
Exceptions: IP and privacy disputes excluded.

We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
20. Limitations of Liability
Liability limited to amounts paid in the last six (6) months.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless.

We back up data but are not responsible for data loss.
23. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
You consent to electronic communications and signatures.
